Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the fairness of health technical personnel resource allocation in Hainan Free Trade Port in 2021, forecast the development of health technical personnel in Hainan Province in 2022–2030, and provide reference for further optimizing the allocation of health human resources. Methods: The descriptive analysis method was used to systematically study the current situation of health technical personnel allocation in Hainan Province from 2016 to 2021. The fairness of health technicians in Hainan Province in 2021 was analyzed by the agglomeration degree evaluation method. The grey GM(1,1) model was used to predict the development trend of health technicians in Hainan Province from 2022 to 2030. Results: The number of health technicians in Hainan Province from 2016 to 2021 showed an increasing trend. In Hainan Province, the fairness and accessibility of health technicians based on geographical allocation are generally poor, only Haikou City, Sanya City, and Qionghai City are better, and the fairness of health technicians based on population is better than that based on geographical allocation, and Haikou City has an excess of health technicians. It is predicted that by 2030, the total number of health technicians will reach 155,175.78, and the scale will reach 1.9 times that of 2021. Conclusion: The number of health technicians in Hainan Province shows an overall growth trend, but the gap is still large. The structure needs to be further optimized and adjusted, and fairness and accessibility need to be further improved. By persisting in system integration and innovation, improving health personnel policy, innovating talent governance systems, increasing cultivation and introduction, and making full use of big data platforms, these can provide sufficient guarantees for the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.

An adequate diet is important for pregnant mother to meet their nutritional needs as well as foetal growth. In pregnancy ICMR (Indian Council of Medical research) recommended the high amount of calories, protein, minerals and vitamins etc. Micronutrient deficiency like iodine, calcium and zinc can cause anemia, hemorrhage and death in mothers. Life begins from conception and in Ayurveda, it is considered that garbhasanskar starts from before the conception. By following ahara, vihara and vichara as mentioned in Ayurveda, is the best way to make sure childbirth safe and natural. The purpose of this paper is to provide a broad view of the diet, nutritional needs, daily and seasonal regimen during pregnancy as well as correlation of mother nutrition with foetal growth during period of pregnancy, Garbhini Paricharya is nine-month protocol in Ayurveda, recommended the pregnant women to follow a specific diet and daily as well as seasonal regimen, which is designed properly to take care of the requirement and needs of the pregnant woman for safe pregnancy and motherhood. It advised to follow a diet, which is mainly sweet (madhur) in taste, easy to digest (laghu), which provide cooling to the body (sheet) and should be liquid (drava) in consistency. The purpose of the study is to emphasize that dietary management, mental health and daily lifestyle (ahara, vihara and vichara) are very important factor to reduce the maternal health complications and fetal growth.

Abstract: Introduction: Scabies is one of the common public health problems but neglected parasitic disease caused by Sarcoptes scabiei var hominis. Global scabies prevalence was about a 204million cases with 0.21% of total disability-adjusted life years lost. In Ethiopia, scabies is common, especially during natural or man-made disasters. This study aimed to investigate the scabies suspected outbreak and risk factors in Gumbichu District, Central Ethiopia, 2021. Methods: A community-based unmatched case-control study among 96 participants (32 cases and 64 controls) was conducted in the Gumbichu district from July 1-20/2021. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire. Line-listed data were entered into Microsoft Excel for descriptive analyses. Multivariable logistic regression analysis was computed using SPSS version 25 to identify factors associated with scabies. The odds ratio of 95% CI and a p-value less than 0.05 were used to describe the strength of the association and statistical significance. Results: A total of 1231 scabies cases line listed with an overall attack rate of 16/1,000 population. The mean age was 14 years, and the most affected age group was 5–14 years. Frequency of shower per month [AOR (95% CI) = 6.51 (1.26-33.54)], sleeping with scabies patient [AOR (95% CI) = 10.52 (3.75-29.53)], contact history [AOR (95%) = 11.44 (1.72-76.22)], family size ≥5 [AOR (95% CI) = 8.63 (2.42-30.84)], and sharing clothes with scabies cases [AOR (95% CI) = 14.31 (3.04-67.35)] were found to be determinant factors of scabies outbreak. Conclusion: Frequency of shower per month, contact history, sleeping with scabies case, family size ≥5, and sharing clothes with scabies case were associated with a high frequency of scabies. Therefore, it is recommended to raise awareness about the transmission, prevention, and control of scabies disease.

Abstract: Objective: Therapy interventions aimed at enabling people with chronic stroke to meet their own personal goals require tailoring of interventions to the person’s individual situation. The purpose of this qualitative study was to identify key elements of self-training programs based on the Bobath concept, and how these were modified in relation to the individual requirements of the participants. Method: Qualitative study design. A self-training program was developed based on the Bobath concept to minimize the impact of body impairments and maximize activity and participation levels, in order to facilitate personal goal achievement. As a training medium, an individually devised folder with annotated photos of the participant performing the exercise was used. The folder contained information on how to perform the exercise, adaptations of the exercise and recommendations for the number of repetitions. For the qualitative evaluation, all photos and descriptions were translated into a descriptive structure. The study utilized both pre-determined comparisons, coding the exercises with reference to the Bobath Concept, and the use of “grounded theory” to gain insights into the data without anticipating the content interpretation by the researcher. Results: Fifty-five participants with chronic stroke received a total of 503 individual exercises. The therapeutic methods and techniques used in the self-training programs were clearly assigned to the Bobath concept. The self-training was demonstrated to be based on the personal goals, on the individual needs and the abilities of the participants. Key aspects of the Bobath concept were revealed and can be identified Based on the gained knowledge, a model for creation of a self-training program was developed. Conclusion: This qualitative study unpacked the therapy component provided, in order to elaborate the principles utilized to construct and individualize interventions. The model developed has potential to improve the specificity and tailoring of self-training exercises for individuals with stroke.
